R K is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Chiplogic Technologies, responsible for running and managing day-to-day operations, Business, Products, Strategy, Quality and Engineering services of the company.

R K has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry as a Technical Lead, Verification consultant, Business Development Manager and has held several engineering and management positions at both product and service companies. A hands-on engineer worked on and deployed advanced verification solutions for complex verification projects for several global companies in USA, Europe and in India.

Prior to founding ChipLogic Technologies, R K was a Founder and CEO of elite plus Semiconductor Technologies which was acquired by MOSCHIP in late 2016 and as a part of an acquisition, he worked as Sr Vice President at MOSCHIP, heading their service division for Europe and USA. Prior to this he was a Director of Engineering at EnSilica, responsible for Leading Verification Engineering and Services business and have helped them to set-up an overseas design centre in India and held several consulting and technical Lead roles at various start-ups to multi-national companies like Ample Communications, Velio Communications, LSI, Renesas and Wolfson Microelectronics (now Cirrus).

Apart from Chiplogic Activities, R K is advising several tech start-ups globally and devotes good amount of his time on various philanthropical activities. He is currently President and trustee of Samarthanam U K – A UN recognised global charity organisation for the disabled and actively involved in their sports initiative called CABI (Cricket Association for the Blind in India).

R K has master’s degree in Electronics from Mangalore University India and an Executive MBA from Cranfield School of Management in the UK.

Dr Vijay Pathak is the President of US operations and Technology advisor at Chiplogic Technologies, responsible for overseeing US operations, business, Sales and Engineering services of the company.

Vijay is a Semiconductor industry veteran with over 40 years of design and product development experience in various companies across the globe. Prior to his association with Chiplogic, he was the CTO of Sankalp Semiconductor, CTO of Megachips Technology America, and Distinguished member at Texas Instruments.

During this time in semiconductor industry, he held positions ranging from design engineer to executive management in Europe, USA and India responsible for technology development and product execution for consumer and telecom applications. He holds 9 patents and 5 publications in reputed journals in the field of power semiconductors, high speed interfaces and analog circuits.

Outside of work, Vijay has diverse interests ranging from study of Upanishad, Yoga/meditation, gardening, running, travelling and Golf.

Steve is Business, Product and Strategy consultant at Chiplogic supporting business development for the company.

He has spent over forty years working in the semiconductor and intellectual property industry, holding senior positions at Arm, Imagination Technologies, MIPS and Hitachi Semiconductor (now Renesas). He has also worked at a senior level in various early stage and developing businesses such as Frontier Silicon.

His experiences encompasses sales, product management and field applications for products including microprocessors, microcontrollers, GPUs, neural network hardware, embedded software, RF and power electronics. End equipment markets he has experience in includes smartphones, automotive, consumer electronics, data centre and power conversion.

Dr Umesh Rudrapatna is VP of Engineering at Chiplogic Technologies, responsible for driving product (ENRGATER) and VISARD™ AI/ML solutions

Umesh is a multifaceted scientist, engineer, and entrepreneur with experience in launching new products, including in the strictly regulated medical equipment sector. He has over 15 years of experience in imaging sciences, encompassing research and development involving applied physics, software, hardware and data science. He has published 27 research articles, 32 conference publications and has filed 5 patents.

Prior to his engagement with Chiplogic, he has worked at Philips Healthcare and Tektronix.

Dr. Umesh has Phd in imaging sciences from Utrecht University, Netherlands, and has worked as a scientist at Yale University, USA and has managed a National Medical Imaging facility at CUBRIC, Cardiff, UK.

Prakash Eswaran is VP of Engineering (Consulting) at Chiplogic Technologies, responsible for driving product architecture (ENRGATER) and Analog Services.

Prakash is a semiconductor veteran with over 30 years of Industry experience. Prakash is currently a co-founder and CEO of GreenPMU. Prior to co-founding GreenPMU, he was a co-founder and CTO of cosmic circuits which was successfully acquired by cadence and prior to that he worked and held several senior management and technical leadership roles with Texas Instruments, Sankalp Semiconductor (Now HCL technologies) and Innorel Systems.

Prakash has 5 papers and 29 patents on his name and is a master’s degree graduate from Indian Institute of Technology Madras India.

Bharath is Founding employee, Director of operations and Associate Director (verification) at Chiplogic technologies, responsible for overseeing and running day-to-day Admin and operational needs at Chiplogic’s UK Division.

A hands-on Verification Manager with good exposure and experience in deploying advanced verification methodologies and have worked extensively IP level, Subsystem Level and SOC level verification.

Bharath has Degree in Electronics Engineering from BDT Engineering College, Davanagere, INDIA.

Shailesh Vasekar is Director of Engineering at Chiplogic Technologies, responsible for driving and delivering multiple verification projects.

Shailesh has over two decades of experience in verification as a Technical Lead, Verification consultant and has held several engineering lead roles at both product and service companies. A hands-on engineer with deep knowledge in functional verification methodologies like VERA, VMM, OVM, UVM and System Verilog and deployed complex verification projects for several global companies in USA, Europe and in India. Prior to Joining Chiplogic, he worked extensively with companies like Intel, Infinera, KPIT and e-infochips.

Shailes has degree in Electronics and Communications from Aurangabad, INDIA.

Monica Rudhran is Associate Director at Chiplogic Technologies, responsible for managing multiple projects in ASIC/FPGA Design and Verification activities.

Monica has over 12 years of experience in FPGA/ASIC Design and Verification. Her primary areas of expertise are RTL design, debugging, hardware testing and worked on various application from LTE till 5G development, various video standards processing/conversions, SoC Validation using FPGA, Clock-domain crossing, interface protocols and team handling/mentoring. Currently working on Verification. Monica was recently part of RISC-V ISA compliance test suite development and has got in-depth knowledge about RISC-V with good hands-on experience.

Monica has master’s degree in Electronics Engineering from University of Hertfordshire, UK.

Rajesh Joshi is Lead Architect with over decade of experience in software development, specializing in AI/ML, Android, and Embedded systems. Currently leading AI projects at Chiplogic Technologies, with experience in implementing innovative solutions for VISARD™, autonomous driving, face recognition, and solar energy optimization systems.

Rajesh holds master’s degree in computer applications from GTU, India.

Suyog M is Manager – Admin, HR and Operations at Chiplogic Technologies, responsible for managing Administration, HR, Recruitment and Operations.

Suyog has over a decade of experience in Administration, Recruitment and Human Resource area. As part of his experience, he devised and executed all facets of people strategies-including talent acquisition, Culture transformation, executive alignment, HR Operations, Service delivery, People analytics, employee Experience and crisis response. Throughout his career, he has had success in aligning with executives across the organization to understand key business drivers, translate needs and create a high performing and engaging culture to deliver outstanding business results. Prior to Chiplogic, he was associated with companies like Moschip, Capgemini, Waferspace in the past.

Suyog has bachelor’s degree in BHM from PES institute of Technology and Management.

Mika is Director - Sales and Business development at Chiplogic Technologies for Nordic Region, responsible for Key Account Management, Sales and Business development activities in the Nordic Region.

Mika has over 25 years of experience in the Semiconductor & Embedded SW areas and has held several engineering, project management and sales management positions. Prior joining to Chiplogic, he was with Flex as Sales manager, responsible for sales and business development in the Nordic region. Prior to Flex, he held global Engineering, Sales and leadership roles with companies like NOKIA, SWECO, BitSim and Esju Oy.

Mika has Engineering degree from University of Oulu and Works from OULU, FINLAND.

Ramachandra is responsible for driving Business Development activities in the Asiapac region and maintaining Govt relations (India) at Chiplogic Technologies.

Ramachandra HC has over 18 years of experience in the Telecom & Wireless sales, specialized in handling Government & Public sector sales, also has held several engineering & project management positions. Prior joining to Chiplogic, he was with Teleindia Networks as Senior Manager-Government sales responsible for sales and business development South Indian region Prior to TeleIndia he held Sales Management roles with companies like Cloudextel and Reliance JIO.

Ramachandra has bachelor’s degrees Electronics and Communication from BMSCE, Bangalore INDIA.
